I’ve had Mohawk laminate from Floors for Living for 12 years.They look as beautiful today as when they were first installed. Their installation was excellent. They have been furnishing floor cleaning solution all these years. I simply walk in with my empty bottles and they give me new ones. No charge. I recommend them to many of my friends. Excellent customer service. Manny was a wonderful salesperson. He was the best sales rep that I can remember in a long time. There were a couple of small issues after the install but he cleared them up quickly and efficiently. We bought porcelain tile for our kitchen and it looks great. We will be using Floors for Living in the future!

Excellent service from start to finish. Manning and Wesley took time to answered all my questions. Everyone’s friendly, professional, and unhelpful. The service was quick, efficient and exceeded my expectation. Great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend floors by living and will use them again.

I do not know how FFL could ever be named one of the best in Houston. I have never had such a horrible experience with any other company. We paid to have carpet installed in March and it is August and they still have not completed our installation. We have been patient and accepted apology after apology for the many many issues FFL Pasadena location has had- from factory delays to mis- measuring to installation issues. If you are looking for new flooring please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
