Bought our floors this year and have had them out 3 times to fix. Just a few months after the last repair guy was out we have the SAME PROBLEM! Floor is coming apart and the manager that helped last time is gone. This will be the 3rd different manager I've had to deal with. Left a message and still a week later no response. Had we known this we would have gone with another company. If they make right and finally fix I will update my review.
Had a $30000 job and CJ made my life very easy through the process! Would work with them again.
I chose Floors for Living Conroe based on their 4.9-star reviews, but my experience has been a year-long disaster. The installation started September 2024, and the initial installer skipped applying mortar before floating the floor, a critical step for leveling. Within 5–6 months, my floors developed popping sounds, gaps, and separation. Floors for Living sent four different installers, causing miscommunication, repeated mistakes, and endless delays.
