Cannot thank Tough at the Conroe location for his help with our floors! After moving into a new home, we needed to match the floors they had previously laid. Tough helped up find the exact match and was able to do it all over the phone. Once we received the floors, we noticed we were a box short (our miscalculation, not his) and he went in on his day off so we could get an extra box ordered ASAP. His kindness and dedication to helping if why we will return to Floors for Living and use Tough.
I highly recommended Floors for Living. After all, they are the Flooring Experts. Our experience from start to finish, was excellent. Tuff went over all our options and catered to our specific needs. We got excellent pricing compared to other carpet companies quotes, and received great customer service.
