Amazing service and great prices. Got all of my last minute materials quickly and matched my existing floors perfectly!
ladies at the office were nice and helpful. However the installer was not professional or respectful of my time, property or privacy. He let himself into my home through the side of my house when nobody was home, after I said no to them over the phone. With multiple excuses, some saying that he called and I didn’t answer so he let himself in or that I didn’t answer the door so must be sleeping (at 630pm?) so that justified him entering my home without permission.
