We just had one of our bedrooms installed with hybrid flooring from Andersens. Olivia organised everything for us . She even came out to measure and followed up after the job was done. She is the best flooring consultant out there by far and so polite. I have been to quite a few flooring installers for quotes and they dont have the same care factor like Olivia does. Great service, we were in a rush to get the carpet laid, they were very accommodating. The carpet layers were prompt, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!!
The staff went above and beyond. Unfortunately a small corner of our floor was damaged and we didn't have any spares around and we didn't have too much info to go on except they were supplied by this company. They found out what product was used and even though it was discontinued they managed to find a few remnants of laminated floor boards same as those that were used in this build in 2023. They also had their trades-person attend to the repair and it was all very reasonably priced. Thank you.
What an amazing service customer service Amanda Duncan is up there with the best . The guys who did the laying of the floor are great and the full outcome is amazing. It looks absolutely fantastic. Went out of their way to ensure that it was all level took their time and were meticulous. Would highly recommend this company to anyone thanks for all your help guys.
