The staff were friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with over the phone and were quick to correspond via email. They were accommodating with our needs. The installers were very professional and even when they encountered setbacks they got on with the job with no complaints and worked late to get it done. Our family love the carpet, and it's made a massive difference to our house. Thank you so much for your quick assistance, it is very much appreciated.
We just had one of our bedrooms installed with hybrid flooring from Andersens. Olivia organised everything for us . She even came out to measure and followed up after the job was done. She is the best flooring consultant out there by far and so polite. I have been to quite a few flooring installers for quotes and they dont have the same care factor like Olivia does. The 2 installers did a great job and did the whole job in 1 hour. Well done guys. I will be highly recommending Andersens to all my friends. Thankyou Michael
I have had my flooring done at Andersens twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times. They are very professional and have great knowledge on what a floor surface should look like and how it should function. I highly recommend using them for your next flooring project.
