I was a customer looking to buy 4500 ft.² of flooring. I had shopped at floors direct and other flooring stores 11/2 years ago wheni was buying flooring for another home. I talked to people at each of these stores. I also talked and spent time with Kent discussing flooring who is the owner/manager of the this store. I had an AMAZING experience from start to finish. Chris Fawcett was very helpful and knowledgeable, making it very easy to work with him. My installer was Kraig Nichols and him team. VERY professional. Kraig is very knowledgable and detail oriented. I HIGHLY recommend Kraig and his team!!!
