I highly recommend Floors Center for tile. I worked closely with Shaz and he offered the best pricing to include free shipping over $5,000 as well, which was an extra bonus. Very personable, friendly and attentive when it came to replacing broken tile! I purchased from this company, and they didn't honor my price that was advertised and agreed to - and paid for. They sent me a second invoice and told me that I needed to pay $2K or more or they would cancel my order. This company does not have their operations in order and it's to the detriment of the customer. Would never recommend doing business with this company.
Very professional staff and good quality flooring. I ordered the natural grey 24x24 and looks amazing. The delivery took only 3 days as they promised. If you ever need assistance, you can talk to Patrick Smith. He will take care of you. I will for sure come back to floors center.
The Floor Center-Suwanee location was not open at there posted time. (the Suwanee location gets 0 Stars) I waited an hour and finally was able to talk to Shaz W. by calling the customer service center. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist me in getting floor tile ordered and ready for pick up, from the warehouse location, in 24 hours. He communicated well and really made the process smooth. Shaz W. should be commended on his excellent customer service skills.
Their pricing was competitive, ordering and shipping time were fine, but I ran into a couple issues with the shipping company. First they showed up to deliver it without informing us they were coming and then when they rescheduled they didn’t show up. They then rescheduled a second time and some of the tile arrived cracked. Floors Center eventually replaced the cracked tile, but it took longer than it needed to and slowed down my project.
