Large castle within an extremely large estate which is extremely well presented with 2 cafes a deli and 2 gifts shops in magnificent gardens Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Definitely worthy a a visit for a whole day. Strongly recommended
Wonderful place for a day out and the estate is immaculate with lovely cafes and castle with the staff so friendly and knowledgeable with the history of the family with the tickets lasting a week for multiple visits highly recommend for a visit or two.
Absolutely loved it here..... Beautiful building and great cafe. Gardens were very pretty with interesting looking kids playground.
Well, a bit disappointing to be fair. The Terrace Café only had full fat milk and couldn't offer an alternative. Also the entrance fee of £10 per person for the gardens and grounds in September seemed a bit excessive. There is just not enough to see.
Went to see Beluga Lagoon here. Was an amazing night. Venue of the Castle grounds made it more special. Stunning place.
