Went into the store looking for a living room area rug… Didn’t have anything specific in mind other than a light color, and something that would be “ dog friendly”! The selections were endless, but I received great advice, and made a selection. Three months after the initial installation, I like it so much, I ordered one for the dining room, and the office. Now, more than a year later, they all look great, and have been very easy to maintain!
Mark and Deb were very helpful in guiding our flooring choice, as well as the installation process. Since we are part-time residents, it was very important to us to use an established company with a good reputation for our flooring upgrade. Deb coordinated the install for us and the crew did a great job from start to finish.
My husband and I have lived on Hilton Head Island since 1983. We have owned two properties during that time. We have always used Floors by Sterling Height for all of our carpet. We just had them install all of the carpet in our two story condo. The installers had a challenging job. Everything went well, and before they left, they made certain everything was put back in place and vacuumed.
We had wood flooring refinished, ordered 4 large rugs and also had carpeting installed from Sterling Hight. Our experience was very good and the installers were excellent. Customer service was great and the pricing for everything was very reasonable. I would recommend this store for any flooring needs.
I was a customer of Floors by Sterling before Sterling retired, so I was pleased to work with the new team on a recent project. My request was a bit out of the ordinary—I needed carpeting installed on my boat. Because the boat was in a repair yard having other work completed, there were several delays and multiple schedule changes.
