Have a current floor defect in my brand new home. Going on 7 months and between Floors by Roberts and their manufacturers dragging their feet on repairing. I have had to take multiple days off work to have to deal with numerous people to look at it take pictures etc. Never again will I deal with this company. Oh and it is still NOT FIXED!
