Great showroom that is well organized, clean, and has a great selection to choose from. Their staff are so helpful and are knowledgeable about their products. I can always depend on their expertise to guide my clients in selections for their flooring and tile.
We purchased porcelain tile (Enmon - Calacatta Imperiale) from Floors by Design for our kitchen backsplash. We are very happy with that decision. We walked in with a sample of our quartz countertop and were greeted by Michelle. I told her what I didn't like and then said, but I don't know what I want. She listened to what I was saying, looked at the samples and photos of our kitchen, and within minutes, suggested the tile that we ended up purchasing. That woman knows her stuff! Customer service wasn’t the greatest but not the worst. They had what I needed and they got it into the store quick which was very nice.
super inconvenient. place is never open. hours are terrible, at least the competitors are open over lunch to return samples..... Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Very high-quality service on all aspects (communication, professionalism, ethics, pricing, and others). We went over different kinds of tiles with them, and they were very patient with us. They helped us select the best products. We ended up doing all the floors and wall tiling with them. They did an excellent job. We bought all our carpets from them, as well.
