The team at Floors 4U were great to work with. They were attentive, timely and provided a great product.
I worked with Star at Floors 4 U for all the flooring, tile, and quartz used in the renovation of my house. I am so happy with everything purchased there. Star is a top-notch professional! She helped with selection of materials, ordering, and delivery. She communicated clearly every step of the way and the information provided was always accurate. I highly recommend Floors 4 U.
My experience with Floors 4 U was disappointing. Initially on order I was told 2 weeks for both my tile and laminate flooring. It ended up taking a month. We had a host of issues along the way. I had to drive back to the store to get a $125.00 credit as they could not process a credit any other way. I felt that was ridiculous in today’s digital world. First, I apologize for the late recommendation. Life has been a little crazy with everybody going back to school. I (Grandma) wanted to reach out to Floors 4 U and say Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Recently due to a medical issue carpeting needed to come out of my grandsons bedrooms. We checked several local places and were unable to find a price or time for the floors to get done.
