We got our 1,400sf basement floors redone with LVP by Floors 4 Less and the outcome was fantastic. We had someone out to our house quickly to give us a quote, and someone in the door doing the work within a week. John was the man doing the work, and let me say you want this guy doing your floors. His attention to detail was outstanding. Poor service and craftsmanship. The floor was installed quickly while we were at work, however there were weak spots in the subfloor that weren't addressed. After the floor started cracking within 3 months, I called and spoke to a woman who sounded very annoyed. Someone came to look at it and told me to put putty on the cracks. He said the owner would call me. No one called. I wish they would have been truthful about the subfloor rather than building me an unstable floor. I would have gladly paid extra.

I have bought an over 10,000 square feet of flooring from this store in 2024 alone, I tried to exchange three boxes for a home that was being remodeled that were a shade off so less than 75 square feet. The man who loads and works in the warehouse is phenomenal. He was ready to exchange until he was stopped by the owner because there was a $20 difference. I will never use this floors for less again.
