What a fantastic service from start to finish. Dave in the showroom couldn’t do enough. His knowledge was very impressive and he’s such a nice guy. Ian came out to measure & again nothing was too much he spent a lot of quality time with us on which carpets were suitable for each room. Finally billy and Sam the fitters - 5 star quality. I just wanted to thank you for my new kitchen carpet. The colour is fantastic and I love the feel of it. Thank you also to the gent who helped inspire a few weeks ago, I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name, he was brilliant. The fitters came a couple of weeks ago and they were also brilliant. Very polite, efficient and they vacuumed my kitchen and left no mess whatsoever. Fantastic service as always. Im very grateful to you all.
This is the second time I’ve used Floormaster products and services and they’ve done a really good job again. I got precisely what I asked for when it was promised - simple but unfortunately hard to come by. The owner - Iain - measured and quoted the job, which involved a significant portion of the total floor area of my property. The quote was engineered to minimise wastage, but no ‘corners were cut’ in terms of what was entailed in the delivery and fitting service. I am extremely pleased with my Amtico floor and the superb carpets fitted to all my upstairs room landing and stairs and can highly reccomend Floormaster products and their fitting services
Fantastic service from start to finish. Great help when we went to the shop to view samples (of which they loaned us a selection to take home and check in situ) through to then measuring and quoting and finally the two fitters who came to do the work - everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. Very happy to recommend.
