It was long drive to go to floor master one carpet but it was worthy to go and see the large collection they have Larissa was very helpful to guide us and made our visit very comfortable She is very friendly and experienced. I highly recommend this place for flooring

Using this company was an absolutely horrible experience. The owner was rude and combative. As a woman, I was excited to use a woman owned company. She was unreliable and dishonest. The installers were nice and hardworking guys, but she pulled them out of my house and didnt let me know. I was left stranded because of her schedule. Use another place, she is awful. The rudest and most unprofessional store owner I have ever met!
