Been waiting for a refund since February, they blamed it on the supplied even though I purchased direct from them. Finally got a refund and it was the wrong amount as they were running a "sale" when they refunded me. Now they ignore all correspondence
Not a great first experience with Floormart. Ordered flooring in plenty of time as we have limited gaps in business to lay a new floor. Didn’t receive a dispatch email so emailed and asked for a delivery update. Was told it’d be delivered on a Tuesday. Tuesday rolls by, nothing. Emailed CS and was informed it would be Friday! I emailed saying this wasn’t good enough, we’d planned to close our business on Friday to lay it.
