Would not recommend, we bought hybrid flooring from them and they installed, however did not level before laying new flooring. We have cracked floor which they tried to repair and made it worse. The floor is now lifting. We will have to replace floor. On top of that the communication is poor as the installers don’t speak English. Don’t recommend

Have used Fiona’s team to install floor boards for my second property. She explained to me all the new floor products and the difference. We tried the recommended one and it turned out to perfectly match my kitchen’s style. And the team was very on time, no delay or rescheduling which made the whole process very pleasant. Highly recommended.
Would not recommend. Got them to install a floating floor using boards we has purchased elsewhere. They did not level the floor and left inadequate expansion gaps. Finished the edges with dodgy trim that lifted almost immediately. Floors buckled not long after laying due to lack of expansion gaps. They were going to do the stairs but I dismissed them when I saw the technique they were going to use- mitre cuts on the boards glued together to make the stair nose. Very dodgy and uneven.
