Solo and his team, Roberto and Sergio were real lifesavers. After a contractor took our deposit and left us with a hole in the floor and a bunch of wooden planks we did not want, I contacted Solo and he came to evaluate the area and give me a quote the very next day. I told him that the timing was very sensible for us as we are moving next week. A water leak in our house caused significant damage to a large area of our floor carpeting which required replacing. I contacted Flooring Express for an estimate to repair and replace the damaged area instead of the entire carpeting throughout the house. The Flooring Express representative came out as scheduled inspected the damage and made a very generous offer for the work. Flooring Express staff were very professional, prompt and provided excellent service and an exceptionally beautiful finish.
