My new natural wooden floors are beautiful and the price was much better than any of the other estimates I received. Will definitely use them in the future.
Update: Within a month, new LVP floor already has a soft, bouncy spot at a transition.This is a basic installation issue. When I reported it, I was told someone would “call within 7 working days.” That kind of delay for a clear workmanship defect is frustrating and not professional. I expect this to be addressed quickly and correctly, not delayed.
