Be careful with this store FLOORING WORLD is a scam business. Me and my wife we went there to purchase tiles for the house we are remodeling. When we picked up the tiles the guy did not want us to open any box and he assured us that everything is there. since my wife she s pregnant and we had to do 2 trips to get this tiles home we trusted the guy. when we got home and the contractor started the bathroom remodeling we notice we are missing 12 sq of tile $35 each. Please do not trust the owner Mark Krukowski. He will tell you one thing and do another; you must get everything in writing. He did work in my bathroom. The bathroom floors and shower walls were not installed properly. I brought this to his attention with proof that the work was not done properly; instead of fixing the work, he attempted to place a lien on my home for full payment on work not completed.
