Very poorly run business. You’ll see all the transition lines in your carpet and they won’t fix it.
Flooring and install was good for about a year. Then the planks started buckling. And now the business is closed or moved so good times.
I rarely post reviews, but when something is this bad I have to warn others.. the flooring we bought looked awesome, but is just falling apart 4 months after install. These floors scratch sooooo easily, the pieces that hold the floor together are breaking all over the place causing the edges of pieces to pop up. Its honestly awful. No one will answer their phone… absolute trash product & customer service
Flooring Simple initially did a great job installing LVP in my kitchen and living room area. However, about a year after the installation, the flooring began to bubble and pull up, shifting throughout the entire room. I immediately contacted Flooring Simple, and Josh came to inspect the issue. He informed me that it appeared to be a problem with the flooring and that he would submit a claim to the manufacturer. We were pleased with our carpet installation. They were very nice and easy to work with. Would use them again!
