From beginning to end our experience was great. Trisha helped us out choosing our vinyl and carpeting and offered suggestions to meet the specific needs of our new house. The quality of their products is superb. Ricky and his helper installed the flooring and carpet. He also installed the baseboard with incredible detail around corners and even under the water supply in the bathroom. This was our second time working with NCFO and both were such good experiences. Can’t recommend them more highly.

The Flooring Outlet craftsmanship and service was above par. From the owners, to the office staff, and the guy in the fields, it was a wonderful experience. The Flooring Outlet serviced , our church and offices, and now they’ve serviced our house. I am convinced that the Flooring Outlet is the only place you need to go for your flooring needs.
