We have recently had a new floor laid in our main bedroom. We asked Flooring Matters SW to carry out the work for us, as we were very impressed with the work they had done before on another floor. The whole process from them, start to finish was very professional and our thanks go out to Neil Gray, who is an extremely pleasant man to deal with, and also Stuart who worked extremely hard over two days and did a great job in laying the floor. We recently had Flooring Matters lay new ULT flooring for us following the removal of some internal walls in our house. From start to finish the responsiveness, attention to detail and the level of professionalism was exceptional. Our job was a bit difficult requiring a "matching up" of the new flooring and an existing carpet. The installers Sturt & Tory were incredible reflecting those same attributes as Flooring Matters. Great, friendly service. Very professional and helpful. Andy and his team went out of their way to help us move large things we were struggling to get moved to do our floor. They were thorough and careful to check we were happy with the finish at every step. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service start to finish. LVT flooring installed in 2 rooms, from initial enquiry, Sales Manager Neil gave advice with no sales pressure, I then arranged for home visit. Neil arrived when he said he would and completed the survey, quote followed following day, I agreed to go ahead. The Installation team were great, kept me informed and advised me on minor issues, Work completed within 4 days. Would highly recommend Flooring Matters. Great Company, Thanks
