Charles provided a detailed and competitive quote, addressing all my concerns and ensuring the project met my expectations. The installation team were professional, efficient, and meticulous , delivering outstanding results (considering the design my wife chose!). Neil was very helpful and prompt in arranging for our oak flooring to be repaired after a leak in our underfloor heating. Stuart who came to remove and repair our floor was thoroughly professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend Flooring matters.

I called Andy at short notice and he was able to get his lads to lay my food grade floor within a few days. Absolutely brilliant service, workmanship and comms. Highly recommended.
