They forgot how to pick up the phone
This place is so rude and weird. My husband and I are not dressed fancy, like other people. (We’re in the middle of remodeling our bathrooms ourself- like today) we’ve spent 8k here before redoing our floors. We had 1 younger guy acknowledge us and actually say hi. No one looked at us, asked if we needed help, or even gave us the time of day. But the older rich guys were getting helped!! After 20 mins we decided we’d go somewhere else with our money. Seems like we aren’t prestigious enough. There was 6 different employees!
