I was very happy dealing with Madison at this store she was awesome from start to finish. She knew what she was talking about and if she didn't she would find out quickly.She let me take some samples home so I can compare them in my room. I finally made a decision after checking at the Big Box stores Who give you no personal service at all. I would definitely refer anybody to this place for flooring, great experience.
No prices listed anywhere in the store. Employees don’t know pricing either. If you’re on a budget this isn’t the place for you. When we asked for more affordable options he rolled his eyes and told us we’d have to pick out something we liked and then he’d let us know the price. Lots of hidden fees and the young man with glasses that we worked with was extremely rude and combative. Rolled his eyes over 6 times at us while we were in the store until we finally walked out.
