Initial part of project went well with selecting items and getting rooms measured. They do not tell you when the installers will be there until the day of. We got a call at 7am that they would be at the house in 30 mins, even though I had requested 45 mins of heads up time so someone else could be there with the short notice on scheduling as I work a full time job and could not be available all day. We want to thank Scott for helping us choose our beautiful new carpeting. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The installation is flawless and we are completely satisfied! We’ll definitely visit Flooring Expo again with any other flooring needs. *Please note! This carpet has not held up after 5 years of gentle use. We leave 5 months out of every year so carpet has only had 2 1/2 years of actual use. We don’t have pets, keep a clean house and carpet is already matted in traffic areas. The experience was seamless. We went in, got great advice on carpet options from Dashaun, made an order later that week after picking colors at home. The install was quick and smooth, the team did a great job!
This was our first time buying carpet from Flooring Expo. Nick was very helpful and personable. They stored the carpet at the warehouse until we were ready to have it installed. The installers were professional and friendly. Overall a great experience.
Carpet King did an excellent professional job for us with our rental property. Carpet and pad are great quality. Nick G. did a amazing job and helped answer all our questions with the material(s) selection. Material was in stock and installed extremely fast. Super happy overall. Would highly recommend.
