Overall, working with Flooring Expo was phenomenal. We worked with Mitchell and he was awesome to work with from day one. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted in flooring. He was great. We had the flooring installed on September 3-4 this year. Couldn’t give you a review of their products but I can tell you their service is absolutely AWFUL. I made an appointment a week in advance to get a quote/estimate on the upstairs level of our home. I received a confirmation email and text of my time. I stayed home from work for the 3 hour window waiting for a representative to show up. 5 minutes before the window ended, I contacted the company trying to find out what was going on. The Floorng Expo team was stellar from beginning to end. From the time we walked into the store to select our flooring right up through the crew thoroughly cleaning after they finished install, it was an awesome experience. Thank you!

I came here to shop for flooring and worked with Jaden P. He was super knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very communicative and upfront with me throughout the whole process. I will continue to shop for my flooring needs here and would definitely recommend working with Jaden at the store!!!
