Jean Roth was awesome to work with. She was very knowledgeable, gave great suggestions on which carpets would be the best for our basement den and office. She also had great tips. We had 2 area rugs made from the carpet we selected. The rugs were delivered and we are super happy with them. The carpet pad is nice and thick and cushy. Even the delivery person said we picked a really good quality carpet. I will definitely be going back when I am ready to have my sunroom re-carpeted.
We had both carpeting and LVP installed by the teams at Flooring Expo out of Richfield, and could not be more impressed. It was two separate teams and both were amazing. Professional, efficient and the work is beautiful. Plus working with Jean was great! She fast at responding to any and all of our needs. Thanks Flooring Expo!
Floors weee installed quickly and crew kept the work area clean. Ran into a couple unexpected issues but came to solutions reasonably quick. Floors look great and I would recommend.
