David at the Flooring Expo was incredibly helpful!! We were on a tight budget for new carpet on our rental property. David knew just what we were looking for and made an excellent suggestion to put a carpet runner on the stairs to decrease falls for our new tenant. Not only is this beneficial to them but may help avoid any insurance claims from a potential fall. I hadn’t given any thought to that.
