Installers were great, and did a wonderful job. Very quick and efficient! The sales folks were not fun to work with. The last time I heard from the sales guy was when I told him my wife no longer wanted to talk to him because he made her cry. That was 1 day before the installers showed up to get the floors done. We had already made the first payment and there is a 30% restocking fee, so we were stuck dealing with him and could not find a new vendor.
