I am thrilled with my new carpet! It looks beautiful and feels amazing under my feet! This is a small mom and pops establishment, so I dealt directly with the owner/manager. I received personal service, and a great price! It’s exactly what I was hoping for!
Edit after a year and a half to add photos. Kentwood white oak engineered floors have been amazing. Absolutely no problems. Quality product, amazing install. I know they'd be there if I had any issues at all, but everything is still exactly as it was the day they were installed. -- I've never done a flooring job before, but we bought a house and impulsively decided to replace all of the LVP and tile floors with new engineered wood. I am very happy with the service from Flooring Essential's & More. They responded very quickly from the start, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I hired them to replace the flooring in a small room, and the crew was friendly, professional, and left the space spotless. A friend recommended Dyaa to me, and he was my main point of contact throughout. Dyaa responded promptly to all my questions and provided truly excellent customer service. I would hire them again for small or larger florring projects.
