I would've paid to not use this place. I used flooring direct to source flooring and have it privately installed for awhile. They have a decent selection and that was relatively effortless. But hiring them for an install job was a MISTAKE. They took way longer than stated, contractors showed up late or not at all, which led to us having to take off more work. Terrible communication.
