3 years ago they would have had a great review. But now...terrible experience. Communication has been awful. Scheduling a nightmare. Pretty sure the carpet is not what was chosen. Was told by Ryan he would work it out and call me back and end up just getting texts messages. Workers were at my house after midnight. Screens left out of windows. Breakers to alarm system which was also to my refrigerator was flipped. Horrible experience. Will not use them again. I will say installers did do a great job but there is a lot more to... read more
Teresa and Sal with Flooring Direct of KC were great to work with. Excellent communication and big selection of product to choose from. The installation crew was prompt, clean and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this locally owned business!
Chris, and the installers were amazing! Above and beyond! The selection was so much larger than a big warehouse retailer, and the whole experience much more personal. We will be back!!
