Great experience from start to finish. Working with Ryan was what made us go with Flooring Direct instead of other companies. He is explained the whole process in detail and make it easy to understand. The installers were top notch and they did an amazing job. Fantastic experience from first contact to carpet install. Sal was great! He was very informative and gave us accurate information about the product and what to expect during the install. Product selection was great with options we never received from other stores. The install crew showed up on time, were polite and did what I would call a perfect carpet install in our newly rennovated basement.
