Chris, and the installers were amazing! Above and beyond! The selection was so much larger than a big warehouse retailer, and the whole experience much more personal. We will be back!!
I had a great experience working with this company. From the start Teresa was very helpful in assisting me and finding the right carpet I was looking for. The measure went smoothly and accurately. The installers were fantastic, as I was having carpet installed on my stairs and up through the second floor hallway. The carpet had a 6-in pattern repeat and they took the time to match it perfectly. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Flooring Direct of KC.
Great experience from start to finish. Working with Ryan was what made us go with Flooring Direct instead of other companies. He is explained the whole process in detail and make it easy to understand. The installers were top notch and they did an amazing job.
