Most retail flooring stores only order from the factory as needed; anyone who buys a display rack can be in the carpet business. My experience with FLOORING DEPOT is unequivocally the worst I have had with any company in the region. My client purchased a top of the line Mohawk Carpet highly recommended by the sales person at FLOORING Depot which evidently was very poorly installed and within the first year began to show signs of buckling. When brought to the attention of the representative, Steve, there was, he said, no recourse. MOHAWK CARPET's one year warranty had expired and the installation date 18 months prior.
