From start to finish- Flooring Concepts went above and beyond to ensure we had a quality product, professional installation, and were 100% satisfied with our product. There simply aren't enough good things to say. The owner was incredibly kind to my family, engaged with my children (which made floor shopping a whole lot easier!), and came to check out any product concerns himself. Flooring Concepts offers customer service you don't see anymore. We will absolutely be repeat customers!
Flooring Concepts just installed vinyl flooring in three rooms and carpet in three bedrooms. The products are excellent as well as their workmanship. Very good experience with the owner and the installers. We highly recommend them.
