DO Not Use this company.....This company DOES NOT stand behind there product, or there people who does there installation. All we get is excuses, and no call backs. We have been ignored. Israel, who is suppose to be the owner is unreliable. Work done is not up to standards.
**Disappointed with My Experience** I was excited to visit Flooring Concepts this morning to treat myself to new floors for my birthday. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to an interaction in the parking lot. The shopping center was busy, but I found a family leaving and waited patiently for their spot with my blinker on, clearly indicating I was waiting.
