This small business provided high quality service to me. They made my purchase experience trouble free. The installers worked hard, did a excellent job and were the best people ever.
We recently needed to get new carpet for our home and had a wonderful experience with Flooring Central. They offered a large selection. We chose the carpet that was specific to pet owners. The sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable as was the associate who came out to take measurements. The installers were also very friendly and worked quickly. We are so happy with our new carpet!
It has been almost 3 years since we gave our rather big project (2500 plus sqf & the staircase) to Flooring Central. 90% hardwood floor and 10% LVP. We did not write a review because there were no big problems so it slipped my mind. We first went to 4 places to get quotes but they all seemed too pushy or were trying to sell us materials we were not interested in. Not sure if the work is good but I cab Definitely tell you they don't like Nothing that's not white. Walked in and said hello the pale guy just stared at me like I'm not supposed to be in there and just continued to talk to the lady. This is a prime example of why bias people shouldn't have businesses at all. No you can't apologize because that's who you are.... there's only 3 reviews think about it
My floors looks great!! Very professional installation, no mess afterwards-customer service is also excellent!!
