I had the pleasure of working with Loretta and her team when we were building our house. We dealt with a lot of different vendors and their installers and Flooring Canada Simcoe stuck out as one of the easiest and most accommodating to our unusual requests. I can't remember her installers name but he was phenomenal and gave me ideas I hadn't thought of to further enhance our experience. We look forward to doing business in the future.

A great experience from start to finish. Priscilla helped us pick the perfect backsplash tile and Brian was meticulous in the installation.
Loretta and the company went above and beyond with their service, before, during and after the sale. They did such a great job that I have referred Loretta and her store to do two more projects for our Brokerage. Best customer service ever!
