Harlene took such great care of our projects and us. She went above and beyond sourcing tile for us and meeting our installation schedules. The installation of all our different flooring and wall products was done exceptionally well. I would highly recommend Flooring Canada, Harlene and their installers!
The team at Flooring Canada Simcoe were excellent. Harlene especially. They provided timely service, were quick to answer any questions we had, and worked seamlessly with our designer. Our product even arrived early and they held it until our contractors were ready to install which was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with Flooring Canada from Simcoe. Leading up to work starting everything was fine, helpful and easy to work with. Issues started once the actual work started, 3rd party installer was an embarrassment, most days putting in a solid 2-3hrs work, no clean up after the day, no communication on when he was coming back, overall lacked professionalism.
