We had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Bob’s Floors. When the manufacturer of the carpet installed in our brand new home failed to address a manufacturing defect in a timely manner, Bob’s came to our aid, and not only addressed our problem with professional courtesy, but did so efficiently and effectively in the midst of a pandemic.
