Obviously they are very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet. I came in looking for a type of carpet that is advertised on tv, and even tho they handled that type of carpet they steered me towards another brand that would wear better and was cheaper. The finished installation was beautiful. I would highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Flooring by Design enough. Craig was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had the information I needed. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear they truly care about their clients. I will absolutely be using Flooring by Design again in the future.
