I was happy at first, but after 22 months, all my flooring is buckling. Miguel came out and said, he would cut the edges and that would make my flooring lay down, but what about the pieces that have cracked, peeled, and buckled to a point that they can't be flat? The distributort Knoa's out of Houston Tx. told me, that Miguel was the customer and he had to file a claim for the flooring and do NOT allow him to cut, this could void my warranty. I am waiting to hear if he has made the claim with no updates. He did install wall ... read more

If you want the best place to get your flooring and tile needs in Nacogdoches area this is the place to go. The redid my bathroom and whole house. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
