The floors looked great, even better than I had hoped for, but I feel disappointed with the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service. The crew left trash in and around my house, got stain on my deck, driveway, walls, doors, trim, and other floors. I understand accidents happen, but there was no attempt to clean it up either. I highly recommend Flooring Butler. From start to finish everything was coordinated. They even coordinated things with us while we were out of the country. They were honest and upfront about everything. Every question was answered right away, even on the weekends. The floor looks amazing! I cannot say enough about the work they did and they people we worked with. I would not use anyone else.

I cannot recommend Flooring Butler enough! From the very start Alyssa, Lincoln & Jaron were incredible with communication, making the quoting and scheduling process seamless and stress-free. The installation team did an excellent job with the self-leveling and the final LVP installation. They were meticulous, respectful of the space, and even helped identify a washer leak I didn't know I had.
