I needed a quote to refinish my hard wood floors, install new hardwood in a bedroom and redoing my stair treads and railings. I went spoke with the same sales person twice in person, a few times by phone and exchanged email many times for about 2 weeks. He gave me a general price per sq ft for refinishing but no information on the stairs, no info for the cost of new hardwood, no overall total cost and no breakdown of anything. So we have had to have this company in 2x to fix mistakes made in the flooring they installed. The 3rd time was not covered by warranty so we did it ourselves with a bag of self leveling compound given to us by this company. When we finally got around to fixing the floor (remember, for the 3rd time) we found CARDBOARD used as a leveler and the leveling compound had been thinly skimmed on.
