Bought carpet through the salesman Larry Moyer. He was efficient and congenial and worked hard to get me the best price. The carpet was installed on the stairs with an upholstered edge. The installers did a great job including great workmanship on the baseboards!
I needed a quote to refinish my hard wood floors, install new hardwood in a bedroom and redoing my stair treads and railings. I went spoke with the same sales person twice in person, a few times by phone and exchanged email many times for about 2 weeks. He gave me a general price per sq ft for refinishing but no information on the stairs, no info for the cost of new hardwood, no overall total cost and no breakdown of anything.
