So we have had to have this company in 2x to fix mistakes made in the flooring they installed. The 3rd time was not covered by warranty so we did it ourselves with a bag of self leveling compound given to us by this company. When we finally got around to fixing the floor (remember, for the 3rd time) we found CARDBOARD used as a leveler and the leveling compound had been thinly skimmed on. It is 3 years now that we had a warranty issue to deal with .Still no action on premature wear on our kitchen floor. Don't buy any Armstrong floor product as this business will not stand behind the product nor will the local agent nor the Armstrong company themselves. BIGGEST RUN AROUND YET !
I called this store asking about Phantom Screen, they told me to come in and they had some on display in showroom, when I got there the gentleman I spoke with said he doesnt know about them and the guy that does is gone home!! The worse is they don't have Phantom Screen on display anywhere, wow I will spend my money somewhere else!! Myrele McGuinty
