I have been to the store a number of times and everytime I go I get great advise and service. This past weekend, I went to the store with my wife and spoke with Aftan about putting vinyl tiles in a small washroom in the basement. Thank you for your recommendations. We are planning to do our main floor in the future and we will for sure return.

Who knew picking a floor would be so difficult! I had the best experience with Aftab and Nicole at Flooring and Home. They were so incredibly patient with me as we went through the process of finding the perfect floor for our space. We have an older home and the installers went above and beyond to get rid of any creaks and squeaks in the sub floor before installing the new floor. Initially we had a good experience with F+H, choosing a new kitchen floor and benefiting from great advice about our existing carpet elsewhere in the house. A couple of years later, the (BiYork luxury vinyl) kitchen floor is in terrible shape – has shifted and peeled up – so we reached back out to our F+H contact for advice and information about the cost & process to repair/replace. We had a fantastic experience working with Nicole at F+H. She is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand our needs, and made spot-on recommendations. There was no pressure, only solid advice and answers to all of our questions. We had visited F+H well in advance to choose our floor, only to discover that our contractor failed to account for the lead time when it came time to order.
