Awesome job by these guys! The Sales Associate Sarah answered all my questions, helped select the carpet that would best fit my needs and got the ball rolling. She came and measured all my rooms, staircase and sent me a quote the same day. Fortunately for me the installation took place the very next day! While we had a good experience with Brian and Greg, the LVP flooring we bought was horrible. We selected the Resolve flooring and in less than 2 years we have cracks in the middle of planks only through the center of the house. So, Resolve sent an inspector and of course it was “due to an installation error”. Don’t bother with this brand unless you want to throw your money away.
