While we had a good experience with Brian and Greg, the LVP flooring we bought was horrible. We selected the Resolve flooring and in less than 2 years we have cracks in the middle of planks only through the center of the house. So, Resolve sent an inspector and of course it was “due to an installation error”. Don’t bother with this brand unless you want to throw your money away.

Thank you Brian and Flooring America, Crestview! From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we received excellent advice, assistance with matching flooring to decor, and an array of samples to take home and try before choosing our carpet and LVP. The installers were very polite and cleaned everything before and after their work. I highly recommend them.

We had our kitchen and laundry room floors replaced on 24 June 24. The team (Pedro and Rodrigo) were exceptional. Both were consummate professionals and craftsmen at their job. Great to work with and our floors turned out wonderfully. Would be remiss if I did not include Bryan (floor consultant) who aways went the extra mile to ensure our project meet our high expectations. A GREAT company, and team, to entrust your flooring project to! Highly recommend.

Wow, I'm very impressed. Every question we had was answered. He even suggested a flooring, which we ended up buying. Great place for flooring.
