Great service from Floorex. Bill is excellent to deal with, very quick to respond and always helpful. Good product support and easy to work with. Would recommend.
Great service
I ordered nearly 3 weeks before Christmas, it took orotex 2 weeks to create a label and even post it so I won't have product before Christmas even though they're an Australian company. They kept sending out computer generated mail saying it had been sent and upon checking tracking it hadn't been for over 2 weeks. Will never order from them again. Phone number is an old covid line saying no one is in office so they are un contactable also. I think they're a scam. Still have not received anything.
