I've had floor crafters do a few different installs for me. Carpet and hard wood. Been very happy with them everytime. They are very helpful and professional to work with. Highly recommend for quality and professionalism.

This will only get you five stars, but I would give them 10 stars if I could or more. The pricing was very fair. The carpet is great. The sales associate I believe her name is Lauren very helpful very nice very kind. She listened to what we needed and what we wanted to do. Did not try to upsell us or oversell us. Or undersell. My wife and I have bought from Floorcrafter for many years for a number of homes and commercial properties. This includes carpet, carpet tile, vinyl plank flooring and rugs. Besides quality products, the customer service we have received is what keeps us coming back. Recently we had floorcrafters install carpet tile. The installer, Josh, went out of his way to complete the project in a timely manner and he did an excellent job. 5 star rating for Floorcrafters.
