Floor Carolina did quality work on installing LVP flooring in my home. Communication was consistent and fair. I would have appreciated time to audit the job before it was considered “complete” as I would have requested a few pieces were redone or adjusted.

I accidently cash app this company $75 and requested a refund on cash app. I called the number on the website and explained to whomever answered the phone the man stated let me go check it out. About an hour later the request was denied for my refund. I have called two more times to ask why he denied my refund with no answer or response. I would not recommend any to allow a business owner that would not refund what does not belong to him to come in your business or your home to do any work.
