Purchased a product they had listed on Amazon. Expected to have the Amazon return policy take effect was very disappointed only to find that they were charging me to return. It would have been better to have it explained before I purchased that I would be responsible for return shipping. I contacted the seller twi times to have resolution and was told that they would provide me a label but take that out of my refund to me that is not acceptable.
