Purchased stair treads, they gave me the wrong size , I returned for a refund , they couldn’t refund my money so I left as they said I would receive an e-transfer refund but wait, here’s the kicker they accused me of returning damaged products and wanted to subtract money that was owed. I’m still waiting for my refund.
Got my vinyl tiles from them at a fair price in a timely manner.
Floorbank is amazing. Dillion and Kith, are very professional. Great postive attitudes. Awesome experience. Kith explained in great detail which flooring would suit my needs. Dillion helped me to deliver my products to my house. I would recommend Floorbank to anyone .Thank you Floorbank.
Just had to redo my floors on my main floor. My installer recommended Floorbank and I'm so happy he did, I would have ended up at one of the big box stores and probably not so happy but the guys at Floorbank were wonderful! They were helpful, knowledgeable and the selection was amazing at great prices. I will be coming back I just wish I'd known about them before.
I came in with high hopes based on the glowing reviews, but sadly, it didn’t live up to them. The quality was subpar, and the customer support was practically nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for reliability.
