Very happy with my laminate and vinyl tile floors. All staff from office and installers were very pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to Sam for his input in helping me select the right flooring choices.
We are doing a whole home renovation and went to several suppliers for hardwood flooring, baseboards, trim, vinyl floors, and doors. You cannot beat the prices and customer service at Floorbank. They are willing to do a package price for you and they are extremely dedicated to superior customer service and communication. Their selection is outstanding and in the rare chance you can’t find what you need, they will go out of their way to find it for you. We are very pleased with our decision to go with them.
FloorBank did an amazing job on my staircase and living area! They installed the Red Oak steps and matched the hardwood flooring perfectly to the staircase. The solid iron metal spindles look fantastic, adding a stylish and modern touch. Sam and Dillon were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.
