I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The vanity I ordered was charged at three different prices, which should have been a red flag from the start. I was told the unit was solid wood, but it turned out to be plywood. When I delivered it to my customer, I discovered multiple issues, including mismatched handles, scratches on the interior, and loose doors that were nearly falling off. Terrible customer service. Paid in cash and then they ask for a receipt when I’m addressing an issue, knowing full well no receipt exists.
Purchased stair treads, they gave me the wrong size , I returned for a refund , they couldn’t refund my money so I left as they said I would receive an e-transfer refund but wait, here’s the kicker they accused me of returning damaged products and wanted to subtract money that was owed. I’m still waiting for my refund.
Got my vinyl tiles from them at a fair price in a timely manner.
Floorbank is amazing. Dillion and Kith, are very professional. Great postive attitudes. Awesome experience. Kith explained in great detail which flooring would suit my needs. Dillion helped me to deliver my products to my house. I would recommend Floorbank to anyone .Thank you Floorbank.
