Giving them 1 star for the sheer lack of regard for my time, lack of customer service and lack of communication. I went into Floor Zone to look at some vinyl plank flooring for my house. I chose one that i liked and they said it would take 3-5 business days for it to get to there shop from Melbourne so i gave them my deals so they could work out and give me a final quote. 5 days later still no quote so went back into the store and did it all over again. 4 days after that still no quote so i called them asking where the quote... read more
Bad experience with this shop. To summarise my experience- 1) Got a quote for the wrong carpet despite going into the shop and picking one type of carpet. 2) Then got given a quote for the right carpet we wanted but told "it's the same price" as the initial wrong carpet we had a quote for. However when we asked a friend to enquire independently about the carpet price- they were given different prices for the 2 carpets, so we were concerned we were being lied to. 3) After the correct order was made, we attempted multiple time... read more
We had Floor Zone redo our floors throughout the house and we're so pleased with the result. They were really good to deal with and we would recommend Floor Zone to anyone.
