Disgraceful attitude and extremely unprofessional. Have paid thousands of $ for one of their products and paid extra to get it delivered to my door. Phone call from a transport place who said it had been dropped off to them? When we queried the verified instructions for drop off address and confirmed that it had been paid for, the attitude was “well at least we got it to the town you’re in!” Terrible attitude. Will never use them again
