The team were so great to work with. There was constant communication through out the process, and the job was able to be completed prior to Christmas which was amazing. It’s the 3rd time we have had flooring installed in our house, and I highly recommend.
I recently had my new kitchen floor done, and let’s just say… I’ve seen smoother roads in a war zone. The installer showed up with the confidence of a man who’s never used a spirit level and left behind a masterpiece of chaos. Every plank tells a story — mostly horror. The joins don’t line up, the edges look like they were cut by a raccoon, and the only thing level in this room now is my patience (flatlined).
