Worst experience ever for us. Please do not take your business to them, they are highly unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. We got our hardwood flooring done by these guys in October 2020. The hardwood is coming off at many places, also there are misalignments/gaps between floor concrete and hardwood. I have been asking Lewis/Louis (the main guy) to fix the issues for the past 10 months now, but most of the time he doesn't reply to messages or calls. They did a wonderful job on our floors. Went the extra mile to pull up two layers of flooring and level. A door was sticking after everything was finished and they were quick to come and fix the issue. Great service all around.
